All services are customized based on client needs and timelines agreed upon at the time of engagement.
2. Acceptance of Work
- Work will commence only after written approval and receipt of initial payment or advance.
- Any changes or revisions to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made as per the invoice terms, in INR or as otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a delay in service delivery or additional late fees.
- Third-party ad spends (e.g. Meta, Google Ads) must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate and complete information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Any delays in feedback, content, or approvals from the client’s side will affect delivery timelines.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues beyond the termination of the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- All final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
- ClickCoach.in reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be governed by our separate Refund Policy (linked appropriately on your website). In general:
- No refunds are provided once services are initiated.
- Token/advance amounts are refundable within 15 days under specific conditions only.
8. Limitation of Liability
- ClickCoach.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Termination
ClickCoach.in reserves the right to terminate any project or service if:
- The client breaches these terms
- Payment is not made on time
- There is a breakdown of communication or professional conduct
In such cases, no refund shall be issued, and any pending dues will be invoiced.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, third-party failures, or government restrictions.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Shimla.
