1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting services—which often involve immediate strategic planning, team allocation, and platform setup—all payments made to ClickCoach.in are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
We aim to be fair and transparent, and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure client concerns are addressed professionally.
2. Refund of Advance / Token Money
- Clients may request a 100% refund of advance/token money within 15 days of payment, provided no work has commenced.
- If the refund request is made between 16 and 45 days, the advance can be adjusted against any other service of equal or higher value.
- After 45 days, the advance/token amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Digital Marketing Services
- Once a campaign or project has been initiated—including activities such as strategy development, ad setup, copywriting, or design—no refunds will be issued.
- We encourage open communication to resolve issues and will do our best to make improvements or offer alternatives where appropriate.
4. Digital Products / Courses
- All sales of digital products (e.g. downloadable files, templates, online courses) are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
- If you face technical issues, we will assist promptly to ensure full access.
5. Third-Party Ad Spend
- Any spend made on platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, or other third-party channels is non-refundable, as these are billed directly by the respective platforms.
6. Event/Webinar Refunds (If Applicable)
- For paid online events or webinars, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment or at least one day before the event, whichever is earlier.
- No refunds will be granted after this period or for non-attendance.
